Repairs & Restorations

You can submit your instruments to the “Scroll Fine Instruments” repair shop for diagnostics, cleaning and care, repair, aesthetic and full instrument restoration, bow string, silver wire, bone changing, cleaning, polishing and adjusting the bow stick, as well as repairing any kind of damage to the stick or the frog. 

We pay special attention to adjusting the sound, tuning the instrument, and selecting the right kind of strings. We treat any issue related to wear off, deterioration in the condition or violation of the instrument’s normal properties  professionally, resorting to the necessary repair and restoration methods in our repair shop or bringing in expertise of prominent Russian or international musical instrument makers.

We have obtained many years of experience in all aspects of instrument maintenance, so our clients can be assured that every instrument submitted for maintenance in our shop has been carefully checked up, restored and tuned.

We are also very attentive to the condition of the instruments exposed at the shop. We check structural integrity, the finish intactness and the body geometry of all the instruments and painstakingly tune them prior to exposing them at the shop.
