EXPORT AND IMPORT

 

Dear musicians,

We provide expert evaluation and issue expert reports for instruments and bows that can be used for obtaining an instrument’s passport at the Department for Control Over Export and Import of Items of Cultural Value of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

Evaluation of musical instruments is conducted by experts accredited by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation  who are authorized to examine musical instruments.

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS

 

1) For adult clients

- A photocopy of the identity document of a citizen of the Russian Federation (pages with the photo and the registration address) or a document  that certifies the identity of a citizen or national of a foreign country on the territory of the Russian Federation.

- A photocopy of the registration at the place of temporary residence (if they have no permanent residence registration).  

 

2) For clients of minority age:

- A photocopy of the birth certificate and the passport of a minor citizen (for passport – pages with the photo and the registration at the place of residence)

- A photocopy of the parent’s or legal guardian’s document certifying their identity of a Russian Federation citizen on the territory of the Russian Federation (pages with the photo and the registration at the place of residence) or a document of the parent or legal guardian that certifies their identity as a citizen or national of a foreign country on the territory of the Russian Federation.

- A photocopy of the document that certifies the status of a legal representative of the minor client (if requested).

 

LEAD TIME FOR EXPERT REPORT

- 1-2 hours on the day of application in due course,

- in special cases the expert will determine the lead time of an elaborate examination, but it can be no longer than 30 consecutive days.
